Introduction

Since cyber security is our top priority, we strictly follow the industry security standards and take all the required steps to assure that our customers data is processed securely and to the highest encryption standards. This is enhanced by all of the factors listed below.

SSL Certificate

Our website has an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol certificate, which provides a secure channel between networked computers. We care about your personal data, privacy, and shopping experience. All data will be securely encrypted!

Online Payment

We accept major debit and credit cards, bank transfers, BACS, and contactless payments (collection only).

We chose to use a payment vendor called Stripe, which is audited by a PCI-certified auditor and certified to PCI (Payment Card Industry) Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available for online payments. To accomplish this, Stripe uses best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security.

MasterCard SecureCode®

Mastercard SecureCode® (or 3D Secure) is an added layer of security for online card transactions. Mastercard SecureCode® is offered as a one-time-password/PIN (OTP) and is delivered to you via SMS. A private code known only to you and your bank helps protect you against unauthorised use of your card. In simple terms, chip and pin online.

Mastercard SecureCode® should not be confused with the security code (CV2) printed on the back of your credit or debit card. Mastercard SecureCode® applies to your Maestro and Mastercard.

Verified by Visa

Verified by Visa is an added layer of security for online card transactions. A private code known only to you and your bank helps protect you against unauthorized use of your card. In simple terms, chip and pin online.

Verified by Visa should not be confused with the security code (CV2) printed on the back of your credit or debit card. Verified by Visa applies to your Visa credit and debit cards.

Tokenisation

All cards are processed via secure server technology and are subject to validation and authorisation by both the card issuer and us. During the authorisation of the transaction, the data is sent, and simultaneously, the merchant’s system receives a unique number – the token. Card details are decrypted in a separate hosting environment that is not connected to their primary payment services.

We do not keep your credit and debit card information on file. This ensures that we maintain a safe and secure payment process.

Anti-Fraud Tools

Every transaction is scanned and monitored with fraud prevention tools. This helps to prevent and eliminate suspected fraudulent activities.

E-mail Subscription and Online Account Registration

Your privacy is important to us, and we will never share your details with any third-party company. You can sign up for our online account or subscribe to our newsletter with peace of mind and enjoy the benefits that come with it.
