Transit Time Internationally
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4–22 days. This varies greatly depending on the location and courier you have selected, so please bear this in mind. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you choose your courier at checkout.
Despatch Time

In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays are kept to a minimum.

Parcels Damaged in Transit
We recommend that the parcel is checked for damage upon receipt from the courier, if damage is present, please reject delivery and get in touch. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer services so we can advise you on your next steps. Defective and damaged goods must be reported immediately on arrival.

This varies by country, and we encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to us at the customer’s expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of the goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping.
