- Geographic Coverage – Adequate geographic coverage to reach the desired customer base.
- Distribution Channels – Established distribution channels that can efficiently deliver products or services.
- Technical Expertise – If applicable, technical expertise to support and service the products.
- Training and Support – Willingness and capability to provide training and support to customers.
- Compliance and Ethics – Adherence to legal and ethical standards, including any industry-specific regulations.
- Financial Commitment – A commitment to invest in the partnership and meet sales targets.
- Market Knowledge – Understanding of market trends, competition, and customer needs.
- Infrastructure – Sufficient infrastructure, including IT systems and personnel, to support the business.
